Here’s how to optimize your health today:
1. Eat Better. Tom says: “What you eat affects how you feel and perform.” Swap out one unhealthy snack for something nutritious.
2. Move More. “Movement boosts energy and mood.” Take a 10-minute walk, stretch session, training, or whatever it is you will do to get more movement in today.
3. Prioritize Sleep. “Sleep is the foundation of health.” Commit to winding down 30 minutes earlier tonight, if you’re not getting the sleep you need.
