You Are A Miracle #78
Feel gratitude for the sacred beginning of you.
The idea for today is — You are a miracle!
Simple. Profound. And yet—so easy to forget.
Say it with me—silently or out loud:
I am a miracle.
I am a miracle.
Now, let’s add some mojo to it.
If you’re in a place where you can say it louder—get up and own it.
Expand your arms.
Feel it in your body.
I AM A MIRACLE.
Yes, it might feel a little weird. Let it. We’re all a little weird—it’s all good. Just try it anyway.
Feel that life force rising up through your body. Feel it in your heart.
Now that we’ve established that you, my friend, are a miracle, let’s reflect on the definition of a miracle:
A surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency.
Love it. Totally true.
Think about it—your very existence is a miracle. Sure, science has figured out some of the mechanics—cells dividing and DNA forming—but the why behind it all? The spark of life? Consciousness? Still a mystery. Still miraculous.
From conception to birth, all the countless things that had to happen for you to be here, right now, in this exact moment. It truly is astonishing.
And beyond that—just look around:
- You are watching this while on a spinning planet.
- You’re not floating off into space because gravity has your back.
- Your heart is beating. Your lungs are breathing.
- Your body is alive—without you even thinking about it.
And your eyes, your ears—how do they even work?! Miracles abound.
Every moment, every day, is a miracle. The only question is—are we willing to see it?
So that’s our mission for today.
Connect to your miraculous, awesome self.
Look for the miracles.
Look for the magic.
And notice what happens when you affirm throughout the day: I am a miracle. My life is a miracle.
Write it on your mirror. Scribble it in your journal. Silently affirm it to yourself. Say it to your loved ones.
I am a miracle. You are a miracle.
Watch how your world shifts when you start seeing through miracle eyes.
Now, let’s take a moment to ground into this truth.
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Feel into your divine spark. Feel your soul force. Your power.
Now, think of all the people, events, and circumstances that came together so that you could be born. Feel gratitude for the sacred beginning of you.
Breathe in compassion, love, and appreciation for yourself. For your parents. Your grandparents. For everything that has shaped you—yes, even the hard stuff.
Everything has led you to this moment. And in this moment, you are alive.
Take another deep breath, silently affirming: I am a miracle.
Smile as you feel your light expanding. Your heart and mind feeling lighter.
Gently open your eyes.
You. Are. A. Miracle.
Sending you big love and blessings.
