1. Eating:

2. Moving:
- Movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s about vitality. Aim for 10,000+ steps daily and integrate regular strength training and mobility work.
- As Kelly McGonigal says in The Joy of Movement: “Every step you take is a step toward hope, vitality, and connection.”
3. Sleeping:
- Sleep is the foundation of recovery. Target 8.5 hours in bed nightly to ensure you’re getting the deep, restorative sleep you need to thrive.
- Prioritize a Digital Sunset and protect your sleep like it’s your superpower—because it is.
4. Breathing:
- Your breath is your anchor. Intentional breathing, especially through practices like box breathing or Heroic meditations, calms your mind, boosts focus, and energizes your body.
- How’s your breathing right now? Try taking three deep, slow breaths to reset.
5. Focusing:
- Your attention is your most precious resource. Eliminate distractions, limit digital inputs, and fiercely guard your time for What’s Important Now (WIN).
- Remember: Create Before Reactive and start every day with purpose.
