HI! I'M Mark Walker!

I'm a family man who overcame depression, anger, and anxiety. Passionate about guiding others to discover Heroic's transformative practices. I focus on accountability, encouragement, and helping people achieve lasting, meaningful change in their lives.

My life's purpose is to use my honesty and curiosity to listen and learn from others; encourage a life of mindfulness & awareness; and respect for self and others; to grow and help the community grow.

 

MY ORIGIN STORY

There was a time in my life when, despite having everything I could ask for—a wonderful family, a good IT job, and countless material benefits—I felt trapped in a fog of depression and self-doubt. As a dad and husband, the weight of my frustration and anger was almost unbearable. My inner critic was harsh, and I felt overwhelmed and numb. In search of help, I began studying and practicing meditation with a local group. I read books on self-improvement, and that's when I discovered Heroic's profound wisdom—a gateway to connecting with others on a similar journey. I dove deep into transformative practices and focused on consistency, building habits that nurtured a new mindset. The coaching program became my compass, guiding me to quiet the negativity and speak to myself with kindness and curiosity. It also helped me connect with so many great people. Now, as someone who has walked this path—as a coach, business owner, family man, strength trainer, dad, and dharma practitioner—I'm here to share what I've learned and continue to practice.
