MY ORIGIN STORY

Despite my achievements by age 38, they came with substantial stress, fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and financial concerns. Like many of us, I did what countless others have done—I immersed myself in self-help and professional development, attended workshops in idyllic settings, but never walked on fire. These experiences led to short-lived highs and what felt like crash landings due to the absence of consistency, a way to measure that consistency, and a supportive community that shared similar goals.

Enter Brian Johnson. Enter Heroic Public Benefit Corporation. Enter its stated mission: 51% of the world’s population flourishing by 2051. Happy people have projects, right? My project became being and becoming the best version of me, and I haven’t looked back since. In 2022, I joined Heroic Coach Class IX. My wife and I became early investors in the movement, and I became an early adopter of the Heroic social training platform. It was the “container and community” that had been missing all along.

Despite personal and professional trials, I now view challenges as opportunities for growth. This new mindset has made even my worst days manageable and profoundly impacted my life. At 39, having guided thousands on their path to self-improvement and overcoming personal trials, I am a living example of how embracing challenges can unlock our infinite potential.

Now, I live each day with purpose, balancing deep work and deep love, swiping "micro-moments of awesome" like it’s my job—because it is. I’ve learned to step between stimulus and response, choosing patience and love, even in the most chaotic moments. My mission is to help others unlock their heroic potential. If not us, then who? If not now, then when?
