How it works
Two sessions a month on the same goals.
Session one sets the goals and takes your Performance & Flourishing Score. After that each session opens with what happened and ends with one thing to practice.

Two or three things you want done this year, written in session one and reread at every session until they're done.
Between sessions
Part of every session is planning the next two weeks around the goal.

02What does it cost?
It depends on which of the three ways you come in. Inside Heroic Leadership, the leader's coaching is included and a company can add it for its managers. On your own, you hear the price on the match call.
03How do you know it worked?
Your goals from session one and your score at three points. The score is a self-assessment built on Diener's Flourishing Scale, used for reflection and for measuring the program.
04What if I miss sessions?
Reschedule with your coach. Some months run over. If sessions keep slipping, you and your coach decide whether to pause.
05Is the coaching real, or is it AI?
Real. Your coach is a certified Heroic Performance Coach. If you run Heroic OS+, Bri.ai is the AI coach inside the operating system, labeled as AI.
06Is this confidential?
Yes. Your coach reports nothing from your sessions. Inside Heroic Leadership, the leader of the business sees themes across the group and the group's scores, not any one person's.
07I'm in a Heroic Leadership program. How do I get a coach?
Ask the leader who brought Heroic in, or apply below and name the company. Your company decides how many of its managers it covers.
