Twenty minutes tomorrow. Thirty days to a different answer.
Heroic OS turns 2,500 years of the world's best thinking into a daily practice you actually run. A clinical trial says twenty minutes a day is enough to move the numbers inside a month.
You already know what to do.
- Sleep more.
- Move every day.
- Eat something that grew.
- Put the phone down at dinner.
- Call your dad.
- Be more patient with your kid than you were yesterday.
None of that is news. You've known it for years.
This is the part that gets you doing it.
Starting a practice and keeping one are two entirely different problems.
Starting was never your problem. You've done it every January.
Keeping one is. Heroic OS is built for exactly that — it doesn't ask what you read. It asks what you did.
What twenty minutes actually looks like.
Not a transformation. Not a 5am ice bath. Six small moments inside a day that already has too much in it.
Before the house wakes up.
Take in today's +1 — watch it, read it, or listen — then commit to the three moves that make today a win. Not a twelve-step morning routine. Something simple, steady, and finishable every single day.
The first decision that counts.
Step 6 of 11 on your quest. Get in there, do it again, keep the streak alive. The five behind you are already done.
Fifteen minutes in a parked car.
One Philosopher's Note — six pages to read or a fifteen-minute listen, recommended by the person who wrote all 750. One idea worth trying before dinner.
The wobble.
Bri.ai is trained on the whole body of Heroic work. Ask how any of it applies to the thing in front of you and adjust in real time, at the moment you need it.
Win or learn.
You missed one. The lesson gets celebrated harder than the win — because the day you miss is the day that decides whether you're still here in March.
Something has quietly changed.
You kept showing up on the ordinary Tuesdays. Thirty of these and the trial says you're a different person.
Every Note, class, path and program ladders up to one of eight things.
Not eight topics to browse. Eight parts of a life that hold each other up — weakness in one shows up everywhere else. Tap any of them.
Drag any point to rate yourself · 1–10
Drag any dot to rate yourself, and this is where the app would tell you what to do about it.
Not a library. A quest.
You don't get handed 750 books and a good luck. You pick what you want to work on and the app hands you an ordered run of readings, practices and daily check-ins for it — with an end you can actually reach.
The same person, three times.
I'm not good at most of this, and I have a lot of areas to improve.
I'm learning about most of this, and I'm fixing the big things.
I'm doing well at most of this, and I need new areas to improve.
Nobody skips from the first to the third. You just need something that measures you on day one, so you can tell the difference on day three hundred.
“These are some of the largest effects on energy and flourishing I've measured outside of major life events.”
Twenty years of reading, compressed.
Not AI summaries. Hand-crafted, one at a time.
You don't need to read 750 books. You need the one idea from the right book, today — chosen by someone who read all of them. That's the job.
Built to be closed.
Most apps are engineered to keep you. This one is engineered to get you out the door and into the life you're actually trying to live.
- Twenty minutes a day — that's the whole ask
- Small groups, not a public feed
- Streaks count what you did, not whether you opened the app
- It will tell you when you're done for the day
Which leaves one problem. Some of the day doesn't happen in the twenty minutes.
Stuck at 11pm?
Bri.ai is trained on the whole Heroic canon: every Philosopher's Note, every 101 class, every program, and every book Brian has written. Twenty years of synthesis, distilled into one place you can ask.
Ask how an idea actually applies to what you are dealing with tonight, and adjust it in real time. Not a chatbot with a personality. The wisdom already inside Heroic, answering at 11pm.
Bri.ai is part of Heroic OS+.

Your first 7 days are free. We take a card up front — cancel any time before day 7 and you're not charged.
01 How much time does it take?
About four minutes in the morning, fifteen for the day's Philosopher's Note, three at night. Call it twenty. If you want more, there are 750 Notes and 50+ classes waiting.
02 Is there a free trial?
Yes — seven days, free, on both Heroic OS and OS+. You enter a card when you start, nothing is charged until day eight, and you can cancel from your account settings any time before then. Cancel inside the seven days and you pay nothing.
03 What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing punitive. Win or learn is the whole frame, and the lessons get celebrated as hard as the wins. Streaks show you the pattern; they don't shame you out of the app.
04 How is this different from a book-summary app?
Those give you something to read. Heroic gives you something to do, then keeps track of whether you did it. That's why a clinical trial could measure a change in 30 days.
05 What's the difference between OS and OS+?
OS is the full daily practice and library, on your own. OS+ adds the coaching: Bri.ai, Heroic Basic Training — the 10-hour foundations course — and up to 10 live coaching calls a month with the faculty.
06 Is Bri.ai just a chatbot?
No. It is trained on the whole body of Heroic work — every Philosopher's Note, every class, every program and every book Brian has written — so what comes back is that material applied to your question, not a general-purpose answer. And when what you need is a human, it says so and points you at one.
07 Can I use it without the social part?
Yes. The daily practice runs fine solo. Small groups are there when you want a handful of people running the same thing you are — never a feed you're obligated to perform in.
08 I bought something from Heroic years ago. Where is it?
Still yours. Nothing you've bought expires or gets stripped, and legacy plans keep running as they are. We're actively consolidating access behind one login — if you can't find something, support will get you to it in a day.
09 What's live today vs. still coming?
The daily practice, guided paths, the full library, streaks, score, and small groups are live. Bri.ai and the live-call calendar ship with OS+. We'd rather tell you now than in month two — if something on this page isn't in the build the day you join, support will give you the straight timeline.
Tomorrow morning, or someday.
Twenty minutes a day, and the first seven are free. You'll know by Friday.
