I wanted to let you know how extraordinarily (!) helpful it is for me to see YOU share in YOUR OWN WORDS, why you are so excited about Heroic Elite and what YOU, SPECIFICALLY would like to get out of the 101-day next level super-results-oriented training program.

Here are the FIRST TWO responses we got.

That one has me focused on thinking about the more Heroically mature who are focused on increasingly Lifespan AND Healthspan.

Add a decade+ to BOTH this individual’s (and everyone’s!!) Lifespan AND Healthspan.
This highlights the critical importance of helping people truly understand the dangers of visceral fat.
“Optimize changed my life and business, and now an injury (again) sidelined me for over a year and I have gained weight, this comes at the perfect time after getting cleared to resume activity.”
This one makes it clear how important it is people REALLY get how dangerous visceral fat is…
“Waist ratio makes me ticking time bomb?”
The answer is: “Depends on where you’re at! <.5 = NO. >.5 = probably. >.55 or .6 = ALMOST CERTAINLY.”

I’m super passionate about Heroic. I’m dedicated to truly showing up as my best consistently and supporting others to do the same.
Anything else you'd like to share with Brian?
Brian- you have impacted my life deeply and profoundly. Even though I’m a person of faith, I didn’t fundamentally have any grounding anchor when struggling until I discovered your best-self protocol idea. It’s taken years of applying all the different ideas you teach and now I can truly say my lows are higher and my highs are higher. Much of my existential paradigm is based on your teachings. I’m excited sharing these profoundly impactful ideas with others. I’m SO grateful to you and bless you that you are tremendously successful in your endeavors.
Heroic Elite seems like a special initiative for individuals truly dedicated to personal development ready to take it to the next level. The main draw for me for such a program, in addition to feeling my best and showing up to each moment with presence, grace and acceptance, is 10x or 100x my impact (from a deeply aligned place).
Getting support around how do we really facilitate profound shifts and support for others would really add value for me.
