Before we jump in, I want to take a moment to celebrate my hubby! He was absolutely on fire during the Discovery Call. I rarely get to see him in action like that, and his ability to craft and articulate a vision for changing the world is truly awe-inspiring!
It reminds me of why I fell in love with him 18 years ago and brings back memories of our first date, where we dreamed of creating a community like this! ❤️

We’ve known for a while that Heroic needed a little more feminine energy, and thanks to your awesome feedback, we’re making it happen. We’re thrilled that with Heroic Elite we are creating a women’s track dedicated to empowering women to step fully into their gifts, power, and magnificence!

I began working with women in 2009 during my first live coaching course, Rock Your Goddess Life. It was a joyful and deeply transformative experience for hundreds of women. There’s something magical that happens when women come together—not in competition, but in celebration of one another.
As I mentioned in my last email, in our coaching, Phil Stutz often reminds me how essential feminine energy is in transforming the world. But here’s the thing:
YOU need to FEEL it, BELIEVE it, and LIVE it!
I believe that you are more powerful than you even know. You have gifts and talents waiting to be unleashed —and so do I. And one of the most profound ways we can activate those gifts is by being part of a community of powerfully heroic women.
When women come together, something extraordinary happens. We remind each other of our beauty, creativity, strength, and brilliance—especially in a world that too often bombards us with messages of “not enough.”
Heroic Elite Women is about rewriting that narrative. It’s about stepping into the lives we’ve imagined and empowering one another to make them a reality.
Melissa recently shared a beautiful post on social (check it out here) that resonates deeply with our mission:
“In the wild, female elephants are fierce protectors. When one of their sisters is suffering, they circle around her, standing guard, kicking up dust to mask her scent from predators. And we are the same. This is who we are, and who we are meant to be for each other. Sometimes, we’re the ones in the middle. Sometimes, we’re the ones kicking up the dust with fierce love. But the circle remains.”
This is the energy we’re bringing to Heroic Elite Women—a circle of strength, support, and celebration.
What Does It Mean to Be A Heroic Elite Woman?
Being Elite isn’t about conforming to a set standard. It’s about living with excellence—with areté—in whatever matters most to you. Whether you’re a mother, caregiver, creator, student, teacher, entrepreneur, etc. Elite is YOU doing YOU to the fullest.
As India Arie would say: “Just Do You.” Cue the song and let the dance party begin! 💃 😂

Here’s what you can expect in our 101-day journey together:
- 3-4 Women’s Q&A Calls Each Week: A space to connect, ask questions, and share insights/wins. (Men you get 2-3 calls with me each week. 😉 🤗)
- Weekly Women’s Circles: Like the elephants, we’ll gather to support, elevate, and celebrate one another.
- Focused Content: We’ll dive into Heroic Elite content while exploring topics like women’s health, feminine power, energy-work-love balance, overcoming self-doubt, creativity, purpose, fun, and self-compassion.
This will be a dynamic and fluid process, evolving to meet the energy and needs of the group as we move throughout the 101 days.
