What’s the schedule?
We’ll share more details about the schedule in the coming weeks as we finalize our itinerary.
You can expect our official programming will kick off in the morning of Monday, Nov 4th (likely around 10am local time), and end late-afternoon Saturday Nov 9th (by 3pm local time).
Our time together will be equal parts Heroic Workshop Instructor Training (roughly 20 hours of instruction in both large and small group settings) and exploring Athens together (including guided tours, special events, and access to some off-the-beaten-path wonders, curated by Donald Robertson!).
Where is the event being held?
Our home base for the event will be in a hotel/ conference centre near the city centre of Athens.
Is there a room discount?
As soon as we finalize our venue partnership we’ll be sending all attendees a link to get discounted rooms. You can expect rooms to be under $250 Euros/night (and we’ll help connect those looking to share).
What's the cancellation/refund policy?
Before July 1st: 100% refund
July 1st - 31st: 75% refund
August 1st -31st: 50% refund
September 1st - Nov 4th: No refunds, ticket transferred to another person or to our Spring 2025 event (USA), with any difference in price being refunded.

Are there any materials to prepare in advance for the training?
Yes, we will be sending out a list of recommended readings, practices, materials and live calls in Sept/ Oct. You can expect to get schedules and more information about pre-event preparation by August.
Will there be any follow-up activities or support after the event?
Yes, we’re excited to provide ongoing support and follow-up activities after the event to help you implement what you’ve learned and continue your development as a workshop instructor.
How can I stay updated with any changes or announcements before and during the event?
We will be emailing attendees + using a dedicated event profile in Heroic Social to keep you updated with any changes or announcements. We’ll also likely create a group WhatsApp and have a webpage you can visit with all the latest event-related info.
What is the dress code?
We’re a casual crowd, wear what makes you feel your best and be prepared to be indoors and outdoors on any day, and to get your steps in! We’ll be hooking you up with Heroic gear, so don’t over-pack.
Will there be free time to explore on our own?
Yes, there will be some free time built into the schedule for you to explore Athens at your own pace or rest.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not required but highly recommended to cover any unexpected situations such as medical emergencies or trip cancellations.
What languages will the training and tours be conducted in?
The training and tours will be conducted in English.
