I wanted to make sure you have all the clarity you need as we prepare to step into the Forge together.

1. What is this program? (30-Second Summary)
Heroic Elite is the absolute best training program we’ve ever created.
It’s a super practical, results-oriented integration of all the ancient wisdom, modern science, and practical tools you love from the Heroic app and Coach program—distilled into its absolute most actionable and prescriptive essence to help you move from theory to practice to mastery.
We’ll kick off with a 2-day Immersion Weekend (January 11–12), where we’ll ignite your Soul Force and prepare you for the journey ahead. We’ll be broadcasting the event live from Austin to wherever you are in the world.
Then, we’ll dive into 101 days of consistent action, guided by daily practices, coaching, and accountability, all designed to help you master the fundamentals of energy, focus, and love—and achieve scientifically measurable results in your flourishing, work, and connection.
2. What is the time commitment? (What am I agreeing to?)
Heroic Elite is the most streamlined and time-efficient program we’ve ever created, designed to help you create the results you aspire to without wasting a second of your day on fluff. Here’s what to expect:
Before the Immersion Weekend (15 Days):
- Daily Prep Emails: Simple, actionable emails to get you ready for the program.
During the Immersion Weekend (January 11–12):
- 2-Day Intensive: Focused live training sessions (broadcast and recorded) to ignite your Soul Force and prepare you for the 101 days ahead.
- Saturday, January 11th: 9 AM–5 PM
- Sunday, January 12th: 9 AM–1 PM
During the 101 Days:
- Heroic Elite Daily Emails: Less than 2 minutes to read, packed with practical wisdom to guide your day.
- Daily Coaching (Optional): ~10 minutes of teaching tied to the Heroic Elite Daily email followed by ~30 minutes of live coaching:
- Brian’s Sessions: Coaching open to all participants.
- Alexandra’s Sessions: Four days a week focused on women’s coaching (women-only), two days open to everyone.
- (Note: All sessions are recorded, so you can engage live or on-demand based on your schedule.)
- Daily Practices:
- The core of Heroic Elite is you taking consistent action by architecting your day to dominate the Top 10 +1 Daily Targets. Track your progress in the Heroic Elite Journal (3–7 minutes/day).
Flexible Time Commitment:
Depending on your level of engagement, Heroic Elite can range from 3 minutes a day for foundational practices, to 30 minutes a day for consistent effort, to 60+ minutes a day for those who dive deeply into the optional coaching.

3. What do I need to participate?
Heroic Elite is designed to be simple and accessible. Here’s what you’ll need to fully engage:
- Heroic App & Journal:
a. Use the app to track your daily 10 +1 targets and stay on top of your progress.
b. Use the Heroic Elite Journal (3–7 minutes/day) for reflection, alignment, and accountability. - Mindset for Growth: Come ready to commit 101% to consistent intensity. The key to transformation is showing up daily, even when it’s hard.
- Internet Access: Live coaching sessions are broadcast and recorded, so you can engage live or catch up at your convenience.
- Time for Consistent Action: The program is streamlined to fit into your life—whether that’s 3 minutes for foundational practices or 30+ minutes if you engage deeply with coaching.
- The Virtues: Show up with the wisdom, discipline, love, and courage to forge your best, most Heroically elite self.
4. What if I miss a day or fall behind?
Heroic Elite is built to help you stay consistent, not perfect. Here’s how we’ve designed the program to support you if you miss a day or fall behind:
- Recommit Quickly: The focus isn’t on perfection—it’s on showing up consistently over the long term. Use challenges as opportunities to grow stronger and recommit.
- Strike System: We’ve built in the 10.1 strike system to give you room for flexibility while maintaining momentum.
- Daily Tools and Coaching: The Heroic Elite Daily emails and recorded coaching sessions are always there to help you get back on track.
- Community Support: Engage with your fellow participants for encouragement and accountability—this is a team effort.
Remember, this program is about progress, not perfection. Every small step forward compounds into meaningful transformation.
5. What if I can’t watch the entire Immersion Weekend broadcast live?
No problem! Here’s how you’ll stay connected:
- On-Demand Access: Every session will be recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience.
- Actionable Follow-Ups: You’ll receive key takeaways and guidance from the weekend in the Heroic Elite Daily emails, so you can integrate what you’ve missed into your training.
We encourage you to attend live if you can, but you’ll have all the tools and support you need to succeed even if your schedule doesn’t align.
