I can’t believe there are only ~11 days until 2025. 😳
So fired up to make it the greatest year of our lives.
This morning, as I was reviewing and polishing the latest Top 10 +1 Heroic Elite targets, I realized we only shared the abridged version of that Field Guide’s section.
Today I am excited to share THIS expanded version that includes SOME REALLY IMPORTANT DISTINCTIONS about the science of behavioral change, why we are architecting the program to have “Foundation” floor targets and “Elite” ceiling targets.

These 10 +1 HIGHEST-LEVERAGE do-these-consistently-and-change-your-life Targets will form the Foundation of the 101-day Heroic Elite training program to help us activate your Soul Force/Heroic potential.
