The Heroic Athens Activation Experience!

Monday, November 4th - Wednesday, Nov 6th.

A special 2.5-day Heroic Activation experience, fueled and enhanced through the sights, sounds, and sensations of one of the oldest cities in the world.

Imagine…

Touring The Acropolis, including the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, the Stoa of Eumenes, the Theatre of Dionysus Eleuthereus (and MUCH more).

A private lunch of mouthwatering Greek mezze at the site of Plato’s Academy, with Donald Robertson as our guide.

Tours through the Ancient Agora, where we’ll walk the EXACT same paths that the early Stoics and Epicureans (including Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and Diogenes) discussed virtue, wisdom, and the art of living a good life.

A hike up Mount Lycabettus, 908 feet (277 meters) above sea level, its summit the highest point in central Athens. Mythologically, Lycabettus was created by Athena when she dropped a limestone mountain she had been carrying from the Pallene peninsula for the construction of the Acropolis.

We’ll have time to explore Athens’ oldest neighborhoods, including the narrow colorful streets of ancient Plaka, the bustling flea market of Monastiraki (where you’ll also find Hadrian’s Library and the Stoa of Attalos!), the former shoemaker and leather workshops of Psirri, now a hub of street art and lively restaurants.

And a whole lot more.

What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes:

  • 2.5 days of guided events with a community of heroes from around the world
  • Entrance to historic sites, tours, and local guides in Athens
  • Transportation to and from all organized group activities
  • Lunch in Monastiraki Square
  • Lunch and guided experience in Plato’s Academy Park
  • At least one dinner (details TBD)

What’s not included:

  • Airfare to Athens
  • Accommodation in Athens (discounted room block + shared options available)
  • Airport transportation

What’s the schedule?

We’ll share more details about the specific schedule in the coming weeks as we finalize our itinerary. Our official programming will kick off in the morning of Monday, Nov 4th and end mid-day on Wednesday Nov 6th.

Is there a hotel room discount?

As soon as we finalize our venue partnership we’ll be sending all attendees a link to get discounted rooms. You can expect five-star accommodation, with rooms costing around ~220 Euros/night including breakfast (and we’ll help connect those looking to share).

What's the cancellation / refund policy?

  • Before July 1st: 100% refund
  • July 1st - 31st: 75% refund
  • August 1st -31st: 50% refund
  • September 1st - Nov 4th: No refunds, ticket transferred to another person or to our Spring 2025 event (USA), with any difference in price being refunded.

What languages will the training and tours be conducted in?

The training and tours will be conducted in English.

Are kids allowed?

YES! Heroic kids and families are always welcome, everyone attending will require a ticket to join us.
