No! Whether you’re an experienced facilitator or brand new to leading groups, this training will equip you with everything you need to confidently deliver a world-class Heroic Workshop.

This training is designed for coaches, leaders, educators, and change-makers who want to:

In addition to the 4-days of on-site training, we'll host 3-6 live calls (~60min each, scheduled in advance and recorded if you can't make the live time) with some prep-work to do ahead of the training. Your Trainer will also meet with your group virtually before the event, and support you with group and 1:1 coaching after your training concludes.

Doing so calls for an advanced financial, relational, and organizational investment that requires a different refund policy than those offered for our digital product.

So, the refund policy for Heroic Activation Weekend is as follows:

• Before March 1st: 100% refund 
• March 1st- March 31st: 50% refund
• After April 1st: No refunds, tickets transferred to another person or future event

Tickets can also be transferred at any point, at your request, for no charge. 

• Workshop Instructor Training: Begins at 9 AM CT on Monday, May 12, and ends at 4 PM CT on Thursday, May 15.
• Activation Weekend: Starts Friday morning (May 16) and concludes by 2:30 PM CT on Sunday, May 18—allowing for same-day travel.
• The resort is 40 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), so plan your travel accordingly.

If you achieve candidacy status during the training, certification follows after successfully delivering two workshops. You’ll leave with everything needed to take action and become fully certified.
